This first rendering project in South East London took around 3 days to complete. The client opted for a white K Rend to make their back garden feel larger. They kept key features of the wall to provide texture, and the finish looks fantastic!
We started by stripping back the old wall, adding insulation and prepping the brick surface so it was ready for K Rend.
Once the wall was cleaned up, we filled in unnecessary gaps and applied the base coat, ensuring an even surface and a strong foundation for the render.
With the base coat set, we smoothed everything out, creating the perfect canvas for the final K Rend layer.
The top coat went on next, giving the wall a bright, fresh finish that instantly lifted the look of the garden.
The result is a sleek, weatherproof boundary wall with a smart timber fence on top—bringing a modern, cohesive feel to the whole space.
